I had an image in my mind of what I wanted my soon to be extended kitchen to look like and so met with Fiona to talk through my ideas.

I know I can be very particular and fussy, particularly about exact colouring so Fiona knew what she was taking on!

I have to say she did an outstanding job from start to finish.

Her communication was excellent, she keep me updated throughout the renovation and, having taken the time to listen to what I wanted at the outset, made sure my wishes were met whilst suggesting other things eg she persuaded me to have the chimney breast removed. Not only did this enlarge the floor plan but it made it easier for the carpenter to build a bespoke wine rack on that wall.

Despite my being 'focussed on my ideas and plan' she was patient, attentive, and managed my expectations and differences of opinion with patience and professionalism. Everything was delivered on time, and the result is even better than I imagined. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend her.
